About:
Continuing to learn about the world and now relocated to Europe. More amazing things to discover here, I wonder if I'll ever have more than a year at the same job and living in the same place, but I don't really want to know the answer.

More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

My heath, the animals and the environment. There is nothing we can't get and better from plants. Go Vegan!

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I travel a lot and I always need help finding food, as I usually have to eat out when traveling out of a backpack.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

I've been to over 50 countries. There are many more to see.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

I love fruit. I'm mostly fruitarian and love when I can find a fresh juice or smoothie bar. I make my own at home, of course. When traveling it's hard to find fresh, ripe fruit so I tend to eat more cooked food or apples are usually good :).

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

The 80/10/10 Diet - Dr. Douglas Graham The China Study - T. Colin Campbell PhD & Thomas M. Campbell II MD Whole - Dr. T. Colin Campbell Grain Damage - Dr. Douglas Graham Wheat Belly - William Davis MD
