More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It started after watching Cowspiracy and I became vegan for the animals. After being vegan for almost a year and doing daily research I am now also vegan for my health.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I'm all about anything that makes it easier to find good vegan food.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I love Gracias Madre in SF, Cafe Gratitude in LA, and Vegan Donuts Gelato in Modesto, to name a FEW.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Literally anything that tastes good.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Books: How Not to Die, The Plant Based Journey, and The China Study; Movies: Forks Over Knives, Cowspiracy, Food Choices.
