I love my standard breakfast, salads, soups, smoothies, and sweet potatoes! My standard breakfast is steel cut oatmeal, flax meal, berries, walnuts, a banana, and soy or flax milk!

VegNews Magazine... but I wish they'd have a featured sanctuary!
