Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I believe that it makes sense, especially because we live in a time where there are so many food options and there is no need to perpetuate cruelty in any way. Plus, I feel amazing when I eat vegan foods and I feel better knowing that by paying attention to WHAT products I purchase, and what products I make, I can in my way, make life better.
