- I am a pretty strict vegetarian bordering on vegan. That is why I question whether there is meat stock in "vegetarian" dishes in restaurants as well as animal rennet in cheese or if wine has been fined using animal/fish product. A lot of vegetarian restaurants are not aware of these things, nevermind carnivorous ones! If you ask, you can educate!
