- I am a Certified Yoga Instructor who is passionate about teaching yoga, travelling the world, eating whole foods and living life to its fullest with joy and laughter! Movement disciplines have always been a part of my life as I had danced for years however it wasn’t until the first time on my mat that I had found my true calling. From that moment on I dedicated my life, time and energy to the art of yoga and teaching its transformational ways. My teaching embodies passion and power guiding you to find the interface between your body and mind while cultivating inner balance, strength and placidity. As well as teaching many group classes in the Oakville/Mississauga/Burlington area, I also enjoy working one on one with students in the comfort of their homes.
