More About Me
Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
It's the best tasting food, which also has taken away almost all of my health problems. The impact on the land from animal products is in no way healthy or sustainable. Killing or imprisoning animals has no positive effect on anything or anyone. And I'm a Christian, which teaches veganism a lot more than people realize.

Indian and Thai. Anything from Of Roots and Blooms in Portland. Roasted Tomato Mac n Cheese at Vtopia in Portland. Spicy mushroom-hazelnut tacos at The Conquistador in PdX. Anything from Sages in LA. Eggplants and mangoes
