Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
A plant-based diet is MUCH healthier than others. Unless one is prepared to only eat animals raised free-range, it is impossible. I became a vegetarian in 1974 and a vegan about 15 years ago.

I visited organic and health food stores in many countries. It is important to me to eat organic foods. I am traveling to Australia next year and have been told I will have many options in that country.
