Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
My daughter's are vegan and vegetarian and inspired me to change my lifestyle
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
I was tired of my daughters only ordering French fries. My brother, a vegan, told me about this app. We had lots of great times recently on a vacation together trying out restaurants recommended by Happy Cow.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
Hiking Isle of Wight in the rain.....swimming in a cenote in the Yucatan.... Making it to the top of El Yunque in Puerto Rico...
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Avocado, mango, thai anything, coconut, my brothers bbq tempeh
