Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
I am vegan because I don't want to be part of the suffering of voiceless animals.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
As I love going out to eat, I wanted information and reviews about how veg-friendly restaurants are. This website helped me a lot and I decided I want to contribute as well and praise the great vegan places I have visited.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I like Malaga and of course my hometown Rotterdam. I would love to visit very vegan friendly Berlin and New York one day. Suggestions about other vegan-paradise cities/countries would be appreciated!
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Zuccini is a really versatile veggie and of course I couldn't live without onion. I love them, cutting, baking, sauteing.
