Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:
There are so many tasty foods to eat that do not require taking the life of a sentient being. Plus, I like spending time playing outdoors and would love for both my body and environment to allow me to continue doing so for as long as possible.
I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
It's the easiest way to find out about yummy restaurants offering vegan options all around the world.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
I have too many favorites to cite them all. But the latest is the West Portuguese coast. South America and South-East Asia are two destinations at the top of my list for future travels.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Bean burritos, zucchini pasta with avocado sauce, stuffed mushrooms, Dahls and all vegan desserts!
