More About Me

Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Mostly because I love animals but the reasons for veganism - which include climate change, world hunger, water conservation, waste, human health and so on - are very compelling.

I joined HappyCow Members Community because:

I find Happy Cow SO helpful and so wanted to give back and share my own honest reviews.

Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:

Club Mexicana and Temple of Seitan in London are amazing. V-Rev in Manchester is a lot of fun. Copenhagen is a great for vegans. I'm currently trying to visit all 50 states so eating vegan food across the USA.

Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:

Pretty much everything! Booja-Booja truffles, smoothies, tacos, dumplings, curry, noodles, big breakfastes, pizza, pasta, salads, fried "chickn". The variety of vegan food is astounding.

Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:

Blackfish, Cowspiracy, Earthlings (although it is very tough to watch) are all very compelling films.
