Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Vegetarian: Jackfruit barbacoa tacos, with handmade corn tortilla, habaneros salsa and guacamole. Vegan: Coconut, papaya and spring onions tartar. Marinated with avocado oil Chile salsa in a base of a jicama tostada, topped with caramelise berries onions and finished with white radish spaghetti and alfalfa.
