I joined HappyCow Members Community because:
To learn more about the vegeterian/vegan life and because I travel a lot so I'm interested in knowing what restaurants I can try when abroad.
Here are some places I've been that I liked... and places that I would like to visit one day:
New York and San Francisco are paradises for vegeterians/vegans! There are so many good options. London, too.
Some of my favorite veg*n foods include:
Tikka Masala vegetables, lentils soup, black beans burritos, pad thai noodles, mashed sweet potatoes, green peas, fried eggplant, vegeterian paella (rice with veggies)...
