Reasons why I prefer to eat vegetarian or vegan:

Beans and rice, vegetable sushi, and most anything - trying different things is the best part of it all.
Here are some books, movies, magazines, and my favorites that I would recommend to other HappyCow members:
Dr. John Mcdougall, Dr. Michael Greger, Forks Over Knives, The China Study, and many other vegan resources. Stay away from the 80/10/10 frutarian nut cases.
