I have been a non meat eater before in Australia and Japan. And I know how hard to be vegetarian or began in Japan. So I would like to share my info and at my restaurant and hostel, serve some delicious and traditional Shojin quinine for locals to let them understand, and for travelers to be easier to be vegetarian or vegans.
