- 1066 Cake Stand bake and sell lovely vegan cakes in Hastings and beyond. You can find us at Hastings Town Centre Market every Thursday (we are the ones with the wonky handmade sign). Our cakes are a regular feature in Trinity Wholefoods (Rose and Lemon, Fruit, Chocolate banana, Banana and Walnut and more). Some of our goodies are gluten or sugar free, and we never use eggs or dairy. Kev makes amazing celebration cakes, while Shell personaly samples all the cake flavours! We have a lovely recipe book sharing all our baking secrets, which you can buy from us, through the website or online from Amazon and Waterstones.
