God is present everywhere and in the heart of every living being. Some attributes that belong to divine include purity, honesty, forgiveness, kindness and calmness. If god lies in everyone, every person should exhibit such characteristics but in reality there are very few people who are blessed with such divine qualities. These people are spiritually enlightened and as they are close to god. But unfortunately majority of the people are different to these spiritual beings as they have never experienced godliness within them. As a result they suffer from problems like lack of concentration, anxiety, stress, haste and sleeplessness.
Even these suffering people can realize god within them through meditation and spirituality. Spirituality takes you closer to your soul which lies deep within you just like god. You are required to learn meditation to achieve power to reach deep inside you. Meditation requires you to concentrate on your breadth. A lot of people whose concentration is very poor find it somewhat difficult to concentrate on their breadth. For such people active meditation technique of Osho works really well. As active meditation technique involves people to remain active by indulging in activities like dancing, stretching exercise, singing in communion and so on. These techniques are easy to learn for everyone and make it possible for them to reach closer to god.

God is present everywhere. It/she/he is also present in the non-pure, dis-honest, un-forgiving, un-kind, and distrubed. That's beautiful.

It is notable that the HuMan or Adam was created last because he of all the creation is to serve as a perpetual lesson/example to the entire world.
When in the will of G-d he sits on top of all creation but when in disobedience sits at the lowest place, lower than a knat. And so Adam taught all his children to hold the seven laws sacred
Why because he understood that the obedience to G-d was paramount. In fact it was the creative 'Life-force of G-d within.
Moreover it is what a famous sage stated so many times the Kingdom of G-d is here the 'Kingdom of G-d is within you"…. 'It is your faith that makes you whole"!
As the peoples multiplied and went there own ways Ha'Shem had to seek a people who would carry that dedication and it was found in the Hebrew peoples.
This wilderness journey they guide us through if we seek the historical value. A great wealth from the tribes to the Diaspora the word of YAHweh does flourish.
The information is out there you just need to put it together through study. Study is considered by many Yeshivas as a great method of Shachah /worship to G-d.
A wonderful foundation of lifetime study in order to get closer to Ha'Shem along with overcoming the Yetzer harah to become one with the Divine and go about in Tikkun Olam to repair the world.
