If you have good reasons for being a vegetarian, there are even more good reasons for becoming a vegan.

Give MRM veggie elite a try if you're looking for a protein supplement. Its fully vegan but tastes better in my opinion than anything with dairy and has iron too. The black bottles, not the white bottles. Their regular vegan powder is nasty. I get the chocolate.
Its reasonably priced. Mix it with chocolate soy milk if you want to take it to a whole new level.
