What is the strangest vegan dish you've ever tried? or the one you can't get enough of?

I love toasted vegan cream cheese & pickle sandwiches! And no, I'm not pregnant. lol. I use Tofutti "Better Than Cream Cheese" spread and crunchy dill pickles slices. This combination of vegan cream cheese & dill pickles is also really good on top of crackers and a quick appetizer.

Do you have to go-to vegan snack that's a little wacky? Share it here.

While I can't think of anything "crazy", I may try that. :) I do like pickles!

Many years ago (before I became vegan) I had a Swiss cheese/guacamole on rye sandwich in Key West. It was so good I ordered a second!

I'm still looking for a vegan Swiss substitute to achieve that flavor...

One of my favorites was Traditional Swabian "Spätzle" noodles with fried onions and grated cheese.
Once in a while I use a mixture of daiya chester and mozzarella to prepare that meal. And egg-free spaetzle of course.
I really love the taste and texture, but regret that escapade, when that meal hits my stomach ;-)
