I'm new to veganism and didn't even know about until a few years back.I never enjoyed meat and went vegetarian for about a year but I long term goal is becoming vegan. I finally decided three days ago to become vegan and it feels great!
I am looking for any advise, tips or tricks from those who have been at it for some time. Maybe a few things you have learned along the way and would love to share! I'd love to hear about it! Maybe even an inspirational story about how to over come the new few weeks because I have a feeling it's going to be harder before it gets any easier.

it's nice to hear about new person turning vegan.
well my advice will be:
in about 6 month do a blood test and if your b12 is really low, use b12 supplement , as it's extremely important for ur brain, and as B12 is really impossible to find in any vegan food.
at least 3 times a week have a protein+iron meal: any lentil, beans, barley. it is really important. Also your body need u to mixed food which contains iron+vitamin C : so add some lemon or drink some orange or whatever vitamin c juice.
same advice for calcium that is to mix w vitamin d
you can find calcium in a loot of veggie : kale, spinash, brocoli..
.. that's about it :)
do you live in a vegan friendly city?
