Hi!
it's nice to hear about new person turning vegan.
well my advice will be:
in about 6 month do a blood test and if your b12 is really low, use b12 supplement , as it's extremely important for ur brain, and as B12 is really impossible to find in any vegan food.
at least 3 times a week have a protein+iron meal: any lentil, beans, barley. it is really important. Also your body need u to mixed food which contains iron+vitamin C : so add some lemon or drink some orange or whatever vitamin c juice.
same advice for calcium that is to mix w vitamin d
you can find calcium in a loot of veggie : kale, spinash, brocoli..
.. that's about it :)
