If you have access to the "Create" channel (it's on one of the local university stations four stations where I live), they have a few excellent vegan cooking shows. I believe they run from 9:00 to 10:00 pm (EST)on Saturdays, and repeat at 2:00 pm on Tuesdays. You won't find anything like this on mainstream television.
