*This recipe fills one 9x13 pan. You may want to make two batches because these cookies go fast.
3 1/2 cups flour 1 cup oil
1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking soda 1 cup soy milk
1 1/2 cups dry sweetener 1 cup vegan chocolatechps
Oven at 350oF
Stir together the flour,baking powder,baking soda, and sweetener. Add the oil,vanilla,milk and chocolate chips and mix together gently. Pour mixture into a 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool for ten minutes before cutting.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup Imperial Margarine 250 mL
1/2 cup granulated sugar 125 mL
1 1/2 cups brown sugar 375 mL
2 eggs 2
2 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 12 mL
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 625 mL
1/2 tsp salt 2 mL
1 tsp baking powder 5 mL
1 tsp baking soda 5 mL
2 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 625 mL
Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C).
In a large mixing bowl, with an electric mixer, cream together the margarine, the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla, beating until smooth and fluffy-ish.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add this mixture to the butter mixture, beating until everything is well-mixed. Stir in the chocolate chips.
By hand, form the dough into golfball-sized balls and place them 2-inches (5 cm) apart on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes, just until the edges are beginning to brown lightly. It’s better to underbake these cookies slightly, so remove them from the oven while they’re still a bit soft in the middle.
