I have joined weight watchers and am having trouble figuring out the best combination of foods for weight loss. I have been keeping to the correct # of points, no cheating, and have just maintained my weight. I am following the high fiber low fat plan religiously. Any thoughts or experience would be helpful. Thank you.
I know my body does not process diet foods and it completely stops my weight loss. If you drink diet soda, eat Splenda or any WW desserts (or any 'diet' desserts for that matter) try completely eliminating them. I also did WW and this was my problem.
