Hi Everyone, I have recently become vegan, but for a long time I have been eating sprouted beans in meals, and have read how beneficial they are for taking in optimal nutrition. These are living foods and when sprouted the vitamin content increases many fold. There is plenty of info online, and in books for more details. I usually sprout green and brown lentils, chick peas and fenugreek seeds. They are so easy to grow in your kitchen, and store in the fridge for quite a few days. Happy sprouting Happy Cows!
