I live with my mom and sister, and although I know how to eat healthy, it is never easy. My mom is not that interested in this topic and doesn't want to talk about it. She claims I already eat healthy enough. Well, she has obviously never heard of body fat, which I have abundantly, and is oblivious of the fact that my diet mainly consists of refined sugar and hardly any fruit, veggies or proteins. She usually does the shopping, so we have not-so-healthy items at home that 1. have to be eaten and 2. usually taste better. Also while grocery shopping my mom could care more about sustainability and frugality (which also means she shouldbuy less) Unfortunately, as long as we live together, I will need my mom's support. How can I convince her and how can I myself boost my will to live healthy?
