- Best Falafel in Jerusalem
The owner of this tiny establishment is extremely friendly and helpful. He can explain all the ingredients, and everything is vegan. He makes the best felafel (the texture and flavor are amazing) and he makes a very very very spicy charifa sauce. Sides include chips, eggplant, pickles, tahini. Oh, and the Yemenite take on a pita is far superior to any pita I've ever eaten. I cry myself to sleep at night because I can't eat this felafel every day--I'm not exaggerating. It's very distressing to me that this place is so far away from California.
