This restaurant serves up a tasty assortment of all-vegetarian (and mostly vegan) soups along with delicious dishes such as hummus, thai salad, lentil burger and home-made lemonade and cookies. They offer an economical lunch option with your choice of soup, sandwich/salad/quesadilla, cookie and drink. New York Soup Kitchen/La Sopería is open from 12pm-5pm Monday through Saturday. It's central location makes it easy to get to while in the downtown area!
