- A hidden gem in the old town
We were very happy to discover this sandwich and salad bar in the old town. All of the options are available in the vegan version and all of the ingredients are excellent. You can put in your sandwich different types of vegetables, sprouts and vegan sauces (the day we went they had 4 options: seaweed tartare, turmeric mayonnaise, carrot and beetroot sauce). The sandwiches and the smoothies we had were really good. Everything is very healthy and service is great. It is also worth checking out the store because they sell very good products not easily found in Geneva. We bought turmeric juice and turmeric gomasio and we were very happy with the products.
