Small restaurant, not overly flash. For 25,000 kip ($3) a selection of a dozen or so trays of food, plus desert and soup. Tasty, spicy, good quality. Small selection of drinks, ok to bring your own. Attached is a small shop selling veg products. Interestingly, directly opposite Reunion Cafe.
