This place has amazingly good food. During our short stay in San Antonio, we went 3 times - once for lunch and twice for breakfast. I could have eaten every meal here; it was that good. Even my meat-eating husband really liked it. For the lunch, I had the Tofu Po' Boy and Onion Rings. Oh so good. The hibiscus iced tea was yum too. For the breakfasts I had Tofu & Chorizo Taco and Blueberry Pancakes (split with DH), and Migas and Pecan Pancakes (again split with DH). The Taco & Migas were excellent. The pancakes were huge and fantastic. I suck at making pancakes myself, and I just want to know how they made these so good. Best I've ever had. OH! And the vegan cupcakes! OMG so good! And on top of the awesome food, the staff is super nice and the prices are quite reasonable. The only problem with this place is they are clear across the country from where I live. Maybe a good thing, because I would eat there ALL. THE. TIME. if I could.
