• Nice little bistro in Mariensztat

This café/bar/restaurant is located in a very nice square, perfect for a quiet dinner or brunch. They have a basic permanent menu with different spreads (different flavours of hummus, pesto and chutney), cheese or tofu salads, soups and daily main dishes and desserts. Most of the dishes are vegan and are clearly marked in the menu. I went here a couple of times and tried their quiche, soup, salad, spreads, burger and desserts. All food was fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and will help you with translating the menu. On the negative side, the bread accompanying the meals is quiet disappointing and goes a bit against the whole philosophy of the place (organic local seasonal produce) and could maybe be replaced with a nicer alternative... Also their choice of music is very questionable for such a nice place and location.
