Puro is (as of this writing) the newest addition to the burgeoning veg*n landscape in Prague. They serve only one dish, which is a combo platter that changes daily. This means if you happen to like what they're serving on any given day, you're in luck, because it's good value. But if the dish of the day is not to your taste, you might wish there were other options (as i did). In addition to the daily plate, they also serve vegan ice cream, and there's a tiny selection of vegan grocery products available as well. Note they're only open for lunch (as of June 2014, at least).
