- Good food let down by grumpy waiter
Managed to persuade 7 colleauges to go veggie for a night and most were impressed with the choice on the buffet. 4 of us arrived at opening time and we chose to sit in the lovely, shaded garden. Our waiter must have studied to be a snotty maitre d'. Yes we had some questions, and yes, we changed tables when the other 4 arrived, after I thought they had cancelled, but c'mon man, the whole restaurant team put out some lovely food and then you leave a bad taste in our mouth? There were lots of vegan options and the wine was good, hard to recommend it though, not knowing whether happy boy will be on shift.
