This really is a vegetarian butchery. There are display cases with "veg proteins". Burgers, sausages and flavoured up mock meats like teriyaki chicken, tuna salad from chickpeas, etc. Prepared salads are also available. Also available are takeaway meals, juices, and they have grocery items like vegenaise, tempeh/tofu, and ice cream/popsicle treats in the freezer section. The butcher part is paid by weight. Limited seating, this place is meant for takeaway. I highly recommend the chicken salad. Their juices are actually really good (the pineapple with a hint of mint was genius. They told me they use a cod-press juicer so it can last longer. Not long until it went into my belly! I also highly recommend their prepared boxes. I tried the Indonesian tofu which was fabulous with the mango salsa and the chickpea wraps with the mango tamarind chutney was also incredible. Lots of fresh greens. Highly recommended.
