Only visited once after being told this was one of THE vegetarian restaurants in Ireland. Found the staff friendly enough,but lacking in professionalism, wheras the food was bland and portions were small. I'm guessing the owners have got lazy as is the way of most restaurants experiencing success. I say this because my thoughts when eating were that I could probably prepare similar food at home, making a trip out pointless. Locals I've talked to also find Paradiso unimpressive to a ratio of about 4:1.
