• Nice veggie restaurant in Perugia

We were very happy to have found this vegetarian restaurant in Perugia. It's not so easy to find. It's at the corner of a street. At first, we only saw a bigger restaurant, which apparently wasn't vegetarian. It lies right of that restaurant. In the corner, there's an older house and there's a plate saying "Associazione Macrobiotica - Il Chicco Integrale". You have to open the door and go up to the first floor. We rang and were greeted by the owner of the place. We were a bit early, and so we had a look at the small health food shop, which is in a room next to the dining area. Then we went to our table. We could choose between 3 menus, all being vegan. The food was really good and the service was very attentive, there was an explanation to all courses. It's certainly very good value for money, since we only paid € 10 each for the whole menu. We will certainly visit Perugia again, when we travel through that region again, and it's very good to find such a nice restaurant there. The restaurant is only open for lunch during the week, but on Saturdays, you could also have dinner there.
