- Veggie-friendly Thai restaurant
Thong Thai is one of the very few places at Frankfurt airport where it is easily possible to get vegetarian or vegan food. It is not really a restaurant, but rather a stall with some seating area outside. They do have some vegetarian options, and they offer a vegetable curry that is vegan (using coconut milk). Quality is ok, price is ok, and it is not difficult to find the place - simply go to the underpass below Terminal 1, next to the huge McDonalds restaurant. Follow the signs to the railway station (local) to get there. Outside of the security area, so you can go there either before checking in or after arriving in Frankfurt Airport and collecting your luggage.
