• Fantastic Brunch

The hubby and I went here after a birthday brunch at a place that was not at all vegan friendly. By the time, we got to the Vegan Commissary, I was starving. The food and service were excellent. The hubby and I split the biscuits and gravy meal, the brunch burger, and PB cup Pie. I don't normally go for burgers, but the bunch burger was phenomenal. There were so many flavors going on and very well balanced. Loved the addition of the hollandaise sauce. Very flavorful and the kale salad that came with it was very fresh and delicious. The biscuits and gravy were great. My only complaint is that I prefer a biscuit that is a little less dense. Other than that, absolutely delicious. The PB cup pie was amazing! No words, that good! There are a lot of very creative side additions, including onion jam, nut cheese, mayo harrisa, etc. Street parking was pretty open when we went. Service was great. Highly recommended. Can't wait to have dinner there. FYI, this is a cash only place. Tax and tip are already included in prices, which is why they seem a little high. I would still say pricing is moderate. For iced tea plus those 3 meal items, our total check was $37. Not bad, especially for fresh, high quality foods and nice sized portions.
