- Favorite Indian Restaurant
This place is a real gem in the the vegan food abyss that is Northeast Philly. They understand what vegan is and there's plenty to choose from on the menu for vegans. Also, when you say you want a dish extra hot and spicy they actually make it to your heat preference. Have not found that at other Indian restaurants that tend to err on the mild side regardless of your request. My only complaint is they use styrofoam for take-out containers. If the container is going to be non-biodegradable I'd at least like a plastic container that can be recycled.
