- Disappointed by the experience
We ate here in mid December. My partner found a hair in his entree, and the waitress said "only a hair?"- no apology, nothing- just BIG attitude like we should only complain if a bug was there. While they did remove the cost of the entree from our meal, it left a very poor impression. Which is unfortunate, as the ambience is pleasant and attractive. Also, the items in the entree were altered without the waitress informing us; just told us later they had run out and had to make the substitution. Again, a negative memory.
