• Disappointing

It pains me to write a negative review about one of the few places to get healthy foods in the deep-fried South, but I must do it. I first visited New Life several years ago and it made a bad first impression so I never went back. But since then, I'd been hearing good things and wanted to give it another shot to see how things have changed. I visited again with the intention of getting some juice. About 4 or 5 employees were working, but they were too busy chatting with each other to greet me or ask what I'd like. Finally, I got a menu and tried to order kiwi juice. I was told they don't have kiwi (ever. Apparently the menu is old). I tried to order a different juice. They didn't have that either. All they had was vegetables, no fruits. It seems like that's the sort of thing you should let a customer know to begin with. I left with an empty stomach. Very disappointed. I'd like to see businesses like this survive, so hopefully someone is reading this review and willing to make changes.
