- great little cafe
In Durham for the day and have just had a late lunch here. Very relaxed little place off of one of Durham's busy main streets. Had soup and a sandwich for less than £5. The leek & potato soup was very tasty. The cafe serves some interesting sandwich fillings, there will be something for everyone. I really enjoyed the spinach falafel and spicy pickle. Good relaxing variety of music playing in the background. A perfect place lunch or just drink coffee and read a book or the papers. I look forward to returning.
