- Not your typical tacos
The Taco Party tacos are not your typical Tex Mex Fare. Each day the food truck serves four different tacos that rotate occasionally. Right now the menu includes Sweet Potato Tacos, Stewed Seitan and Tofu Tacos. I've had them all and they are all good. Sides include black beans and rice, chips and pinto bean dip, and sometimes chips and guacamole. All are good, but the pinto dip is really unique. All of the tacos are vegan unless you add dairy cheese. Vegan cheese (Daiya) is also an option. They will post their locations on their Twitter and Facebook pages and are definitely worth seeking out. I recommend the two tacos plus one side dish for $10 option.
