- They are really trying!
Cafe Delux is on the right track and I appreciate how hard they are trying to have vegan options. My partner had the tofu scramble which was quite delicious and flavorful with fried potatoes inside of it and topped with vegan sour cream and guacamole. So far that would be my number one recommendation. The Flying Squirrel is good in that peanut sauce is always good, but it is a little boring with just tofu, rice, greens, and peanut sauce. They have a lot of salads and raw wraps on the menu, but not a lot of hearty veggie food. They sometimes have a vegan dessert, but not all of the time.
