I'm writing this review based on the location at Arpoador. I went there at lunchtime expecting a few customers. The place was dead. There were 4 staff members chatting and doing nothing while the outside tables were all dirty. The staff were pretty dull and not friendly (which seems to be the case with all customer service staff in rio). The flavour of the burger was ok. Nothing special though. The size was really small and for 10 reals for one burger, not good value for money. I couldn't even order a side of fries. they only sell burgers. I was keen to support this place because its vegetarian, and who doesn't like burgers? But overall, pretty disappointing.
