Someone told me about this restuarant several months ago. I promised to check it out the next time I was in St. Augustine. Well, my aunt and I went there for lunch today and had the BEST meal. She had the Sunlight Burger and I had the Tacos of Life. I was so in to my plate that I didn't get to taste her burger, but I tell you what, my tacos were SO good that I was upset that I got full and ddn't get to finish :-) The dehydrated corn tortilla chips were to die for and the pine nut chili and walnut puree was divine. Everthing was so savory and well placed. I was in eternal bliss eating their food. They have published a cookbook that is also sold on Amazon that I will be purchasing tomorrow. They have the recipe in there for the tortilla chips and pine nut chili and I can't wait to make it at home. Oh, did I mention the cashew vanilla ice cream?? Mmmmm.
