• A Vegan Haven in Sheboygan

While Paradigm isn't a vegan or vegetarian place it is a great place for vegans to eat in Sheboygan. The owner and staff are very helpful and knowledgable when it comes to vegan food. The food is always terrific and usually at least half of the homemade bakery is vegan (and delicious!). The coffee house itself is a very relaxed atmosphere. It can get busy but it's so large inside that there's always room to sit somewhere. They have a lot of local musicians play on their stage and promote biking. They're huge supporters of buying local and practice what they preach. All around great place to spend your money on a delicious meal! While you're there you can also stop in at Goodside Grocery, which is a small co-op located in the same building. ETA- as of February 2014, they have added Daiya cheese as an option.
