My husband (an omnivore) and I (a vegan) went here twice during our 4 day trip to Banff. My husband liked it so much he wanted to go back the second time. Nourish has a funky atmosphere, appropriate for a date or a family outing. The food was very good and there are some innovative options, such as nachos with 27 ingredients (including strawberries). But the best thing we had there was the King Kong Noodles. It was absolutely outstanding. I would also recommend the beet soup. The only downside to Nourish is that they do not offer much in the way of vegan desserts. It would be nice if they had frozen ice cream or something else even if they do not bake in-house. If you are vegetarian or just looking for an awesome meal, I definitely recommend stopping by Nourish.
