- Lotus Vegetarian - Jordan, Hong Kong
The manager says the use Kraft dairy cheese. He has no idea about cheese being made with slaughtered animal rennet. I've asked him to verify if the cheese is vegetarian with his supplier or the manufacturer. He doesn't seem interested (he has had two months). I'd rate this place as one (or even zero) for that reason if this website would let me. Food is unremarkable and there is plenty better in HK for those looking for such.
